Is there any Danish dish that you’re particularly proud of being able to cook?
Mads Mikkelsen: “There’s quite a few things I like from Danish cuisine but I’m not so good at doing it. So I tend to cook Asian food, Thai food – things where you can just throw it into a wok, with a lot of spicy chili on. Especially the coconut shrimp soup, which I have not yet tasted in any restaurant that was better than mine. They have to pull themselves together now.” [x]
Yeah, I did a crazy version of “Romeo and Juliet” once, and I played Romeo. I liked it, but I can see why it didn’t work all the way. There was always a young crowd in there, and one day when we went out holding hands [for the curtain call], 40 actors, the whole back row in this enormous place started booing like crazy. We all looked at each other: “Oh man, who is it they hate?” (x,x)
I’ll be first to admit… this did not go according to plan. I’ll also be the first to admit that that plan was written in crayon. Looks like Russell found a new friend. Jelly. Turns out Domino’s a bit of a badass, and maybe, possibly mildly lucky.
