1st gif, looking at Dean. He’s pissed, he’s fuming, hell hath no fury like Gabriel trapped in a circle of holy fire.
2nd gif, looking at Sam. Soft boy, his face is relaxed, all of that anger is gone.
This whole interaction at the end of changing channels is a-ma-zing. To me, Sabriel is all about subtlety. The looks they steal, they speak without words.
And if you watch this scene again, take note of how Gabriel looks at each of the boys. It is wildly different. And these gifs show that.
